THE PURPOSE OF THIS SITE
In one word the purpose of this site is encouragement.
I am a medical doctor, author and a holistic life coach motivated to help those who are looking for holistic ways to move forward in their lives. This means to enjoy vitality and wellness on every level–physically, emotionally and spiritually.
It is all about upgrading those three areas on a daily basis.
It is possible to juggle all the roles we are called to fulfill if we become mindful of what it means to move forward and do it daily. My experience as a doctor, author, husband, father, marathon runner and part-time journalists equips me to serve as a holistic life coach.
