Today, I feel extra blessed.
Why? Because it is day 1234 of running every day since December 16, 2009
It is all about being consistent in an areas that matters a great deal to me (living by example and paying close attention to three key areas of health: exercise, sleep and nutrition)
Maybe running daily is not your idea of healthy living. I understand.
However here is a challenge:
Pick one area today that is important to you and make the choice to be more consistent with that area.
