Two questions for mothers

Mothers Day for 2011 has come and gone. Much has been written about it—online and in newspapers. What can I add that may encourage you? Simply two questions.

  1. What do I already do well?
  2. What can I do next in order to get even better?

Why these two questions? Because by identifying what you do right instead of where there are gaps—and all of us have gaps; that is for sure—you can continue to bless your family by bringing your best skills to the table. For example if you are good at encouragement, keep on encouraging.

Life by Example is all about balance, consistency and growth. How do you become better at being a great example and how do you balance all the tasks?

Zig Ziglar has a wheel with 8 spokes. See the photo of that wheel on the Twit Pic section of this site. The idea is for the wheel to be balanced by being equally good in all the eight areas. It’s a useful tool. Only you can decide if you will use it or not. Please choose wisely for your own sake first and for the sake of your family.
