What do you REALLY care about?
Right now you are busy. Over your head perhaps. Too much on your plate. Deadlines which will be missed. Distractions to fight off.
Here is a way out…………
Before you go to bed tonight spend 10 minutes and reflect on this one question: What do I truly care about the most?
Why do it just before bedtime? Because that is when you feed ideas into your subconscious. Your subconscious never sleeps. By doing that, you allow your subconscious mind to work on the reason why you choose to care about what you care about. And what you will do about that as a result, because if you have a why you will get a how.
This will help you draw a line in the sand. You simply cannot continue to do what you have been doing and expect different outcomes. Priorize instead and focus on what matters the most to you.
Use a piece of paper and write down your ideas, thoughts, beliefs, passion and plan.
Once written put it somewhere where you can see it and review it, daily. Preferably just before bedtime.
This is the biggest gift you can give yourself and others: get passionate about the one thing you care about the most.
